SAFEWAY

アパートから最寄りのスーパー（SAFEWAY）までは歩いて１５分強かかります。今日、思い切って歩いてみました。とろけるような暑さの中、さすがに遠かった。帰りは荷物が重くて手が棒になりました。やっぱりアメリカは車社会です。
アパートから土日の１時にSAFWAYまでシャトルバスが出ます。１時間半の買い物時間をもらえます。これからはそれを利用しようと思います。
さて、スーパーですが、なんでもかんでも量が多いですね。後、生野菜が少ない気がします。アメリカ人はあんまり生野菜を食べないのでしょうか。
ただ、私の大好きなワインやお菓子はいっぱいあって、スーパーはいるだけでとても楽しいです＾＾。家族が多ければ、いろんな食材が買えてよいなぁと思いました。一人暮らしの量ではないものが多いです。

It takes more than 15 minutes from apartment to nearest supermarket (SAFEWAY). I dared to go to the SAFEWAY today. It was a long way in meltingly hot heat. Since the baggage was very heavy, my arm felt like lead on the way home. All the same, we need a car in US.
The shuttle bus go to the SAFEWAY on weekend from apartment. We are given a shopping time of one hour and half hours. I will use this system from now on.

Then, in America’s supermarket, everything is very big size. And fresh vegetable is farty. Doesn’t American eat fresh vegetable??
However, there are lots of my favorite food, wine and snacks. So supermarket is very fun, even if I don’t buy. I thought if I had a large family, I could buy many foods. The amount of food is not for living alone.
