抜粋証明

SSNがなくても運転免許は取れます。裏ワザかな。日本大使館に行って抜粋証明をもらえばよいのです。抜粋証明をもらうには、先ず、パスポートや免許のコピーを大使館にFAXします。仮申請です。その後、抜粋証明を取りに、日本大使館に行きます。
